Food and Drink at Camp

ALLERGIES: - The Kitchen Staff will make accommodations for those with food allergies and sensitivities, as discussed with parents / guardians. If a child has severe allergies or sensitivities, including but not limited to celiac, or if there are multiple allergies that create extensive work for the kitchen staff, then food must be provided for the child by the family. Depending on the severity of the dietary restriction, an adult familiar with the diet may be required to volunteer in the kitchen. This will be evaluated by the Kitchen Director on a case to case basis.
