Refund and Cancellation Policy

If a camper leaves during camp due to sickness, homesickness or for any other reason, no refund will be issued.
Any cancellations prior to May 31st will receive a full refund. Cancellations between May 31st and June 15th will receive a refund of fifty percent. Cancellations after June 15th will receive no refunds with the exception of: Last minute cancellations due to sickness and/or injury (subject to the discretion of the medical director), death of a loved one, or other extenuating circumstances (not including homesickness) will be provided with a 75% refund. Unfortunately, a full refund cannot be made, as supplies and materials have already been purchased to run camp.
