Waitlist Policy

• A camper may be added to a waitlist if a Camp Week fills up. This waitlist is filled up as campers register and is on a first come first serve basis. If campers are pulled from the waitlist to an open spot in Camp, the Camper Committee will offer open spots to campers in the consecutive order in which they were put onto the waitlist. No favoritism will be shown to any campers.

• Parents will not be informed of their child’s status on the waitlist and will only be contacted if a spot comes up for their child(ren).
